Lorenza De Benedictis is a Canadian filmmaker of Italian heritage with an interest in drama, documentary and experimental film work - but she doesn’t really believe in limiting art to a genre. She splits her time between Gooshlems and her boutique production company, Waddling Duck, which she established in 2023 and houses her award winning thesis film, Cod Story. Her passions lie in travelling, and she has made work in Canada as well as Italy, with plans to make more internationally.
